Current Job Openings

Insulation Installer

Join a growing team that takes pride in doing quality work. As an installer, you’ll work hands-on installing spray foam, fiberglass, and other insulation systems across a wide range of projects — including residential homes, commercial buildings, and specialty applications throughout the Fargo–Moorhead area.

No experience required — we train the right people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and transport materials and equipment to job sites
  • Set up ladders, scaffolding, and prep work areas
  • Install insulation systems (spray foam, fiberglass, etc.) in walls, ceilings, attics, and other structures
  • Assist with spray foam application and operate equipment as trained
  • Measure, cut, and fit materials for proper coverage and performance
  • Keep job sites and trucks clean and organized
  • Follow safety standards and proper handling procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For:

  • Reliable and ready to work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team-first attitude
  • Comfortable with physical work, heights, and tight spaces
  • Willingness to learn new skills and systems
  • Valid driver’s license and transportation

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift 50–75 lbs regularly
  • Climb ladders and work at heights
  • Work in tight spaces (attics, crawlspaces, confined areas)
  • Handle hot and cold environments
  • Wear protective gear when required (especially for spray foam applications)
