Nothing Due Until Completion
When you choose Polar Insulation for your new home, you can expect detailed planning, open communication, clean job sites, and quality work from start to finish. We coordinate closely with your builder and other trades throughout the project to help ensure your insulation system is installed properly, on schedule, and built for long-term performance.
Before anything is scheduled, we’ll sit down with your blueprints and budget to walk through the best insulation approach for your project. We take the time to walk you through every decision so you understand your options regarding what’s being installed and why, while making sure the entire insulation system fits your build — not a one-size-fits-all approach.
We coordinate with other trades on your behalf throughout the project to keep everything running smoothly and on schedule. Our goal is to make sure important details don’t get overlooked during key stages of the build.
Questions can come up at any stage of construction — even well after our scope is complete. We stand behind our work and we’re just a phone call away if something needs attention at any time during your build process.
What We Install
Our goal is a complete insulation system that fits the project, the performance target, and the budget—not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Used in the areas where air sealing and moisture control are most critical, including key transition points and high-performance assemblies.
A well-insulated home addresses every surface and every transition — not just the obvious spots. Here’s what we bring to the conversation on every new build project.
The attic is one of the most critical insulation systems in your entire build. Depending on your roof design, we’ll recommend the appropriate attic assembly — whether that’s a vented attic with blown-in insulation, a spray foam roof deck for an unvented assembly, or a combination of both. We talk through attic systems with every new build client because the decision affects long-term comfort, moisture performance, and energy efficiency throughout the life of the home.
Wall systems and the full thermal envelope are designed around the needs, goals, and budget of the project — whether that means fiberglass batt and poly or spray foam where higher performance is desired. Spray foam offers superior air sealing and thermal performance, but not every project requires the added investment. We help you understand the differences early so the right approach is selected for your build.
Proper sound insulation can play a major role in creating a quieter, more comfortable home. Walls and floor systems between bedrooms, living areas, mechanical rooms, bathrooms, and attached garages can all benefit from sound insulation. We review your floor plan and help identify where added sound control will make the biggest difference based on your layout, budget, and how you plan to use the space.
For slab-on-grade homes or finished basement slabs, underslab spray foam is a critical part of protecting the structure from the ground up. Applied beneath the concrete, it creates an airtight, monolithic barrier that helps prevent moisture, radon, and pests from migrating into the home. Because this is a before-the-pour decision, we make sure it’s discussed early in the planning process so nothing gets overlooked.

Our Process
Our insulation install process is intentional from start to finish. We take pride in maintaining a clean, organized jobsite while delivering exceptional attention to detail at every stage of the project. Here’s a brief overview of what you can expect when working with our team on a new construction build.
We review your plans, insulation goals, and budget before scheduling to help ensure the right system for your build.
Where required, attic chutes are installed in coordination with your general contractor or framing crew.
Windows, doors, penetrations, and transition points are carefully sealed to reduce air leaks and improve long-term performance.
From batt and poly to full spray foam assemblies, wall systems are installed based on the needs and design of the project.
Attic systems are designed around the home — from vented systems with blown-in fiberglass to unvented spray foam roof deck applications.
Sound insulation is installed in interior walls and floor systems where recommended or desired to help create a quieter, more comfortable home.
